PERFORMANCE EXTENSION
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION reciprocally understood between [Name of First Party] and [Name of Second Party], both parties mutually consent to performance extension as of this date [Date of extension], due to the following:
1. and have previously entered into an agreement dated [Date of initial agreement].
2. Said agreement requires performance on or before [Performance Date of initial agreement].
3. Both parties wish to extend the agreement.
Both parties to this contract agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
FIRST The due date of Performance shall be [Date of performance of extension].
SECOND In all other respects, said agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
